ADHD
ADHD Therapy & Assessment for Adults and Students Struggling to stay focused, meet deadlines, or manage your time? ADHD ( Attention - Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder) in adults can show up as disorganization, procrastination, restlessness, and difficulty regulating emotions—often affecting school, work, and relationships. I offer ADHD assessments and therapy for adults and university/college students in Vancouver and across British Columbia. Whether you're newly exploring a diagnosis or have long suspected you have ADHD, we’ll work together to build tools that match your needs and lifestyle. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I can help you improve focus, reduce anxiety, and develop better coping strategies—especially during demanding academic or work periods. If you're an adult or post-secondary student looking for ADHD testing or treatment, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

ASD
Autism Therapy & Screening for Adults Wondering if you might be on the autism spectrum—or looking for support as an autistic adult? Many people reach adulthood without ever receiving an autism diagnosis, yet still struggle with things like sensory overwhelm, burnout, social fatigue, or feeling “out of step” with others. I offer autism therapy for adults as well as autism screening assessments for those who are curious about whether they may be neurodivergent. If you're seeking greater self-understanding, help navigating relationships, or strategies for managing daily stress, therapy can be a supportive place to explore these experiences. My approach is respectful, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, adapted to suit the needs of autistic adults—including those with co-occurring ADHD, anxiety, or OCD. Whether you identify as autistic, suspect you might be, or are simply “neurocurious,” I provide a safe, informed space for exploration, insight, and growth.
3
OCD
OCD Therapy & Assessment for Adults Do you find yourself stuck in intrusive thoughts or rituals that feel impossible to stop? Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can affect every part of life—creating anxiety, shame, and exhaustion. Whether you experience unwanted thoughts, repetitive checking, mental reviewing, or compulsive behaviours, help is available. I offer OCD therapy for adults along with screening and diagnostic assessment for OCD. Using evidence-based approaches—including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—I help people reduce compulsions, tolerate uncertainty, and reconnect with what matters most. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in current science. If you're struggling with OCD or think you might be, I can work with you to build the skills and strategies needed to regain control and reduce distress.

PNES
Therapy for Functional Seizures (PNES) Experiencing seizures but told they're “not epileptic”? You may be living with Functional Seizures, also known as Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES). These episodes can be frightening, confusing, and often misunderstood—even by healthcare professionals. They are real, involuntary experiences linked to the brain's response to stress, trauma, or emotional overload. I am one of the few registered psychologists in Vancouver and British Columbia with specific experience and training in treating Functional Seizures (PNES). Therapy focuses on understanding your symptoms, identifying triggers, and building tools for emotional regulation and nervous system resilience. Using approaches such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, I support individuals in reducing the frequency and impact of their seizures, improving daily functioning, and regaining a sense of control and safety. If you’ve been diagnosed with PNES—or are still searching for answers—I provide evidence-based therapy in a respectful, collaborative, and validating space.
5
Anxiety - Depression
Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES) & Functional Seizures are real, involuntary episodes that resemble epileptic seizures but are not caused by abnormal electrical brain activity. Instead, they often stem from psychological factors, trauma, stress, or other functional neurological processes. These episodes can be frightening and disruptive, significantly impacting daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. Therapy techniques help reduce symptoms and provide relief.

Relationships
Helping Neurodivergent and Neurotypical Partners Connect: Support for ADHD, Autism, OCD, and Similar Concerns Relationships can be deeply rewarding—but also challenging, especially when one partner is neurodivergent. Conditions like ADHD, autism, and OCD can affect communication, emotional expression, conflict resolution, and even how each person experiences intimacy and daily routines. I specialize in CBT-based couples therapy for adults navigating these differences. My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative. I work with couples to improve mutual understanding and reduce frustration—particularly where neurodivergence is a key part of the dynamic. In therapy, we’ll explore how patterns like rigid thinking (common in OCD), difficulty regulating attention or follow-through (often seen with ADHD), or sensory overload and social exhaustion (common in autism) may be affecting the relationship. Together, we’ll build skills and strategies tailored to your needs, including: Tools for managing emotional reactivity and avoiding “blame spirals” Structured communication exercises that make it easier to feel heard Strategies to handle overstimulation, shutdowns, and executive function overload Conflict-resolution models adapted for neurodivergent processing styles Support in navigating uneven division of emotional or household labour If you or your partner live with ADHD, autism, OCD, or related concerns—and you’re looking to improve understanding, connection, and daily functioning—this therapy is designed with you in mind.
