There is no reception or waiting room, and the suite door stays locked for building security. When you arrive on the 6th floor, please text (604) 763-7415 and wait near Suite 601. I may be finishing another appointment, and I will come out to meet you as soon as I am free. For appointments at or after 5:00 pm on weekdays, or on Sundays and statutory holidays, the building entrance may be locked; ask the security guard to bring you to the 6th floor, or text me and I will come down.

Getting here

The office is a short walk from Broadway-City Hall SkyTrain station and the 99 B-Line bus. There is a four-level parkade under the building, and limited paid street parking nearby.

Text (604) 763-7415 or email mark@vancouverpsychology.org for the fastest response. Voicemail is not a reliable way to reach me. Response times vary with how busy the practice is and can take up to a week.

Privacy

I collect only the personal information needed to provide psychological services, arrange appointments and bill for them. Booking, scheduling and clinical records are kept in Jane, a Canadian practice-management system whose servers are located in Canada. Video sessions are delivered through Jane's secure video service. I do not share your information with anyone without your written consent, except where the law requires it, which I will explain when we first meet. You may ask to see your records or to correct information about you at any time by contacting me at mark@vancouverpsychology.org. This practice is subject to British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
