It includes a clinical interview, developmental history, standardized questionnaires, differential diagnostic consideration, a written report, and a feedback session. This is the appropriate option when a written diagnostic report or formal documentation is needed.

A focused 50-minute appointment for adults who are wondering whether ADHD may be contributing to difficulties with attention, organization, follow-through, time management, emotional regulation, or day-to-day functioning.
Includes a clinical interview, standardized screening measures, verbal feedback, and practical recommendations.
